Nature of the Event

• Testathon is a time-limited and scope-limited professional competition event.
• Participation is voluntary.
• Participation does not constitute employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or any contractual employment relationship.

Rules and Organizer Authority

• Violation of the rules may result in warning, point deduction, or disqualification at the sole discretion of the organizers.
• The organizers reserve the right to interpret, modify, clarify, or supplement the rules if necessary for fairness, technical integrity, or legal compliance.
• The official Testathon Rules shall always take precedence in case of ambiguity.

Technical Responsibility

• I am solely responsible for my own hardware, software, internet connection, and technical environment.
